How You Can Get Involved

Join BARC - Become a member of BARC and voice your opinions and ideas on how to make Beverly a great place for dogs and people to live happily together! We are in our very early stages, so membership is vital to establish BARC as an important voice in the community, dedicated to dogs and dog owners! To join, simply click here and fill out the form! We'll keep you posted on future activities, meetings, and events.

Adopt a park - We need volunteers to monitor our bag boxes and refill as needed. If you are interested, please send us a note. As always, we also need all hands on deck for keeping an eye out for un-enlightened dog owners as well - please keep extra pick-up bags with you as possible and offer up a friendly backup to those who may have forgot to bring theirs! Old Blankets and Towels Needed - The Animal Services Officer has requested donations of clean, old blankets and towels for use in transporting injured animals. He has asked for approximately 6 blankets (which will be washed and resused after use) and about 24 towels (which will be thrown away after using). Please send email to wooff@beverlybarc.com if you have any items to donate.

Volunteers for BARC - We are always looking for folks who would like to get more involved with BARC. If you are willing to commit some time to one of several efforts we've identified as necessary for outreach to the community, please drop us a line. Thank you!

BARC Bites - We are collecting thoughts from folks on issues that need to be addressed by BARC, but cannot due to other pressing issues at this time. If you have any thoughts on this topic, please share with us so we can consider it for future efforts.
