Lost Dog: Digitty, a 65 lb. American Fox Hound, white, brown and black spotted. (posted 3/7/2008)
Digitty went missing from Appleton Farms the afternoon of Wednesday, March 5. She was jumping a stone wall and landed directly on the electric fence. After she was freed from the electric shock, she fled. She may be injured. She is not wearing tags on her collar. If found or seen, please call the Pett family at 978-500-5168 or Dr. Pett at the Hamilton-Wenham Veterinary Hospital (978-468-4408). Any info appreciated! Thanks!

Lost Cat: Short-haired orange tabby with white belly and white rings on the end of his tail (posted 9/25/2006)

Lost Cat: Black and white 18 year old Maine Coon cat with crooked white stripe on face (posted 9/24/2006)

Bo was stolen from our truck on Saturday, July 2nd at 9:00am from the parking lot in front of the White Hen Pantry downtown Salem. Black German Shepherd puppy. 9 weeks old. Click here for more information and contact information.

Ranger, a 7 year old neutered male english springer spaniel with a full tail, slipped his collar in North Andover and took off on 2/27. There have been a few sightings in North Andover and one possible one in Reading since then. He is a rescue dog who was being fostered in North Andover and was just about to go to his forever home when he got loose. Lost female, spayed, tricolored Beagle on 12/21/04 from Wenham. She is approx. 10yrs old, and is a former rescue who had a very abusive start to her life. She did not have her collar on. She was heading toward North Beverly and Larch Row in Wenham. She could be much farther by now. She is much loved and desperately missed by her family. Please call with any information. 978-468-0278

If your pet is missing, or if you have found a missing pet, please send email (preferably with a photo) to webmaster@beverlybarc.com and mark the subject URGENT, so we get your information posted asap!

Also be sure to call Animal Services at (978) 921-6040 x311. Finally, please call the Department of Public Works at (978) 921-6053. Sadly, many pets are hit by cars and recovered by this department if they are killed. Keep your pets safely indoors, and don't let them roam the dangerous streets!
