Conflicting Ordinances Ord section 4-26 (9) (d) indicates that No Dogs shall be allowed on public beaches and/or parks between the hours of 8:00AM and 9:00 PM from Memorial day to Labor day. Ord section16-3 (5) indicates that No Dogs allowed Memorial day through Labor day. Ord Section 16-28 indicates the proceedure for making rules.
